How we work
We start small on purpose.
One system, aimed at whatever is costing you most, running on real work before we build anything else.
01 — The four steps
From first call to something that runs.
01
A 30-minute call
We go through your week and find where the hours actually go — not where you assume they go. You leave knowing which of the three is costing you most, whether you work with me or not.
02
Scope
I write up exactly what gets built, what it connects to and what it costs. Nothing starts until you've agreed it.
03
Build one thing
We start with the single biggest drain and get it running. Small enough to prove out, big enough to feel.
04
Extend it
Once it's earning its place and you trust it, we build the next piece on top.
02 — Why start small
Most people have already been sold a big system.
It got built, it got demoed, and then it quietly stopped being used — too big to learn, too far from how the business actually runs, and by then too expensive to walk away from.
Starting small takes that risk off you. One system, pointed at the thing costing you most, running on real jobs. If it doesn't earn its place you've spent a fraction of a full build and you stop there. If it does, the next piece gets built on top of something you already trust.
One system running properly beats four half-configured. You see it working on real jobs before we commit to the next piece.
03 — How pricing works
Priced on the call, in writing, before anything is built.
Three things drive the price: how big the system is, how much enquiry volume it has to handle, and what it has to connect to — your CRM, your accounting, your calendar, your supplier price lists.
You get the number at scope stage, before a line of it is built. Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed in writing before any work starts.
The 30-minute call costs nothing and carries no obligation.
04 — Timeline
How long it takes.
Most first systems are live within weeks. You get a firm date at scope stage, once we know what it connects to — and it's a date you hold me to.
Start with the 30-minute call.
Thirty minutes, no obligation. Worst case, you come away with a clear picture of where your week actually goes.
