01 — What it is
One place for the firm's work.
Arctic Air brings a firm's enquiries, quotes, jobs, servicing and customer messages into one place, so the people running the firm can see where each customer and each job has got to.
Each firm gets its own separate system. Roost Labs builds it, hosts it and maintains it for that firm.
02 — WhatsApp
Customer messages on the firm's own WhatsApp number.
Each firm connects its own WhatsApp Business number to its Arctic Air. The firm owns that number and pays Meta directly for WhatsApp messaging.
Incoming WhatsApp messages appear in the firm's inbox in Arctic Air, matched to the right customer, so staff can see whether a message is a new enquiry or comes from an existing customer.
Staff write and send replies from inside the system. Replies to customers are written by people, not generated automatically.
A firm can disconnect its number at any time. Our data deletion instructions explain how.
