That means we understand the terrain before the first call, and what we deliver is shaped by it, not bolted on after.

Roost Labs is led by James Wiles, based in London. James builds and runs every system Roost Labs delivers and works directly with each client — no account managers, no handoffs, no being passed around. You deal with the person who actually builds the thing.
That's the advantage of working with someone focused rather than a layered agency. The person who hears your problem on the first call is the person who designs the system, puts it live, and refines it on real use. Nothing's lost in translation, because there's no one to translate it to.
